Up Close & Personal

As a creativist, I love the world of art. From painting on a canvas to graphic design, I love to leave my mark in this world.  I'm seeking an opportunity to work for a company with values similar to mine, such as integrity, honor, and loyalty. Our world is changing daily, and I would love the opportunity to be the designer who is helping to make that change.
I have experience with art direction from my role as an art educator. On average, one hundred sixty students annually. The experience from this role has strengthened my time management, leadership, and art knowledge. For the past five years, I have received teacher of the year nominations from my colleagues on campus.

I've freelanced as a graphic designer for the past 8 years. 
Over the past 5 years, I've self-started a business where I provide paint & sip classes for the community. My business has strengthened my entrepreneurial skills as well as business management. 
I currently volunteer my time to the Main Street Program, where my role is chair. The program is focused on rejuvenating the historic downtown area of Del Rio, TX. 
For the past 7 years, I've volunteered my time outside of school as a sponsor to TAEA Junior VASE students who are selected by their artistic style and skills. The competition is to spotlight the importance of the arts in young adult lives. 
Other projects, such as voluntarily creating the 2013 San Antonio Food Council logo, the Brooklyn Sketchbook Project, and Cotton Candy Clouds collaboration illustrations, are examples of my loyalty to the arts. I have a variety of creative talents that are eager to be utilized.

The experience and opportunities of my past have created a motivational leader that's in need of a positive and loyal work environment. Dedicated, dynamic, and devoted, I just need the missing piece... which is you.
